Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting curlyqcustom@gmail.com. Â Claims must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit.
- No refunds will be provided.
