We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 calendar days of delivery. To request a return, contact us at curlyqcustom@gmail.com before sending the item back.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Because this is a card game, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order information and clear photographs showing the problem.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds
