Returns & Refunds
All sales are considered final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and details prior to completing their purchase

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting curlyqcustom@gmail.com.  Claims must include proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit.
  • No refunds will be provided.
